RRCA (Road Runners Club of America) Certified Running Coach; CPR/AED/First Aid Certified. I have completed 10 marathons (26.2 miles) and 2 Ironman Triathlons (2.4-mi. swim, 112-mi. bike, 26.2-mi. run - 140.6-mile race!). As a coach, I hope to be able to encourage and inspire runners of all experience levels, ages and abilities to pursue and accomplish their running goals. Together we can create a program tailored to your specific desires and needs - Whether you seek running as a means of weight management, stress relief, wish to improve on speed, endurance or form, or want to finish a specific race. I will watch you run, evaluate your form, demonstrate drills and techniques, and discuss issues related to your training individually or in a small group setting.
In addition to personal and group training, I provide private virtual coaching and workplace coaching.
