5K & 10K Training (6-8 weeks)

For beginner and experienced runners. If you have never run, the 5K training is ideal. I will teach you proper running form and technique and build your mileage up enough so that you can run a 5K (3.1 miles). 10K training is recommended for more runners with a little more experience.
The program costs $75 (10% discount for active military and families) and includes:
- Coaching for your pace and fitness level
- Weekly informational updates and training plans
- Weekly training run
- Seminars/information by professionals in physical therapy, diet and more!
- Social opportunities throughout training
- Motivation and camaraderie found only with a training group
- Virtual only training program includes a program tailored to your pace and fitness level; weekly emails, updates and flexible training plans to work around your schedule; additional info & tips (nutrition, gear, weather related advice, race day tips, etc.) and availability to provide answers to questions on all aspects of the program, training and issues related to running.
